No to this type of "service" – After calling and getting assurances they could align the rear wheel camber on a '79 Vette and I didn't need to make an appointment, I dropped in to get the car fixed. This is tricky and difficult work so I figured a Chevy dealer would be safe. After standing around for 20 minutes waiting to talk to a service rep, I noticed people were being shepherded out of line behind me to front of the line. Never Never Again! – I will never ever go back there again. The manager there John Ackers is clearly a racist. He was very rude to me. When I got my car back my sun visor was hanging all the way down in my face. I know my sun visor was old and a little droopy, but it definitely was not that bad. Go Elsewhere! – An all around disaster, from sales to service. Once they have your money they don't care about you, your car or the brand name they are representing. Paul Montalbano, the owner is unreachable. The GM, Frank Fragomeni is impossible to talk to, he's rude and dismissive. John Ackers, service manager, is a puppet trained to say "no" regardless of the facts. I'm all about buying American cars, just don't buy them here. Don't Do It!!! – Worst customer service I have ever rec'd from a dealership. I am very loyal to General Motors and own two chevrolet vehicles, but will never return to Stewart Chevrolet.
service department is a joke!!! – Took them 3 days and a threat of taking my car somewhere else to get them to look at why I was even bringing my car there. Then they ripped me off on the price for the parts because they said the 15% coupon only worked if I bought the parts directly from their parts department and that it didn't work because THEY were ordering it from THEIR part department.
