Worst place in the world I will never return!!!!! I hope this place burns to the ground. Thought about leaving when the check-in nurse yelled at an elderly lady simply for asking for paper towel. Which she yelled back saying “SORRY I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO STOCK.” .. Waited an hour to be seen for flu and kidney pain and was told I had to pick one issue to be seen for as I cannot be seen for both. I took my paper and left.
Ive always liked going there they normally get you in and outbpretty quick not like mercy health like when i cut my thumb with a cut off wheel and im on a blood thinner they took care of it real good and real quick just like it should be done not waiting around for 2 and 3 hours bleeding all over the place like mercy would of handled it

I am 7 months pregnant and very sick, wanted to avoid a busy ER with even more sick people. I was the only person in the waiting room, I didn’t have the right insurance card in my wallet and the women who had an attitude since I walked in the door refused me service. I instead went somewhere else and was sent via ambulance to a hospital for it ha very low respiratory rate and dehydration. I should have never been turned away. Says they close at 8pm got there at 7:40 and they have the lights off and door locked. While I needed help had blood running down my arm and hand from a deep cut. Why post 8pm if the doors are locked at 7:40pm
