I received a "gentle reminder" of request for compliance, which was not even specific and CITED NO HOA CODE - which of course is not even the law and I'd be very interested to see if a lawyer finds discrepancies where they overstep. It is not surprising to find this low rating both on Google and sites that rate HOAs. I won't spend a lot of time on it as of now but will be looking for legal counsel that specializes in such matters.
