I had carpal tunnel surgery by Dr. Ben Curtis. My surgery was very successful. Dr. Curtis has a way of making you feel comfortable when you first meet him. I knew after my first visit he would do a great job. He’s confident. But not cocky. A real professional to deal with. The surgical team was also amazing. It’s nice to know there are still competent Dr.’s out there you can trust that will do a good job
Dr. Benjamin Curtis billed me for a boot for his patient. I've never seen this doctor, and his team has not connected with the supplier to resolve this. It was a simple clerical error as his patient has a similar birthdate but this is affecting my credit. Please fix this!
Doctors were extremely professional and kind. But the receptionist(a little older, grey hair) was incredibly condescending. I will be going elsewhere.
Front office staff are incredibly rude. Dismissive and condescending.
They called me three times while I was working to confirm my appointment but didn’t bother to tell me that they were running behind. I was 15 minutes early and then sat there for a full hour after my appointment was scheduled
