An organization that is fueled by pure incompetence. Their billing operation is an absolute joke. Who loses payment info when a patient pays you? Law enforcement needs to charge these people with fraud.
Either they don't understand the ringing noise coming from that box thingy on their desk (sarcasm) or they just flat out refuse to answer a phone. Complete laziness.
From the hospitals to their private practice, please stay away . I went to an appointment that was given to me when I got there they told me that they will not see me the doctor there’s no longer seeing new patients. I told him I’ve been calling all week she even saw the call log and I called in front of her. She saw the phone ringing and she kicked me out of the office. The whole office staff embarrass me.
