I like Stew Leonard's very much! the only thing is I live in the middle of two of them one in Danbury and the other is in Berlin! Because of that it gives me a chance to know my prices and a wise shopper will pick out the sale prices 😉

First time there. Loved every aspect of this store!
The salad bar is easy and healthy but the amount of money they charge for simple salad is insane. I spent nearly 12 dollars for lettuce, onions, cumbers, and watermelon.
I usually go to the newington location. I was disappointed that they had no seating for me and my girls to have our lunch. we do enjoy food there with so many great choices!
I pulled in here off I 84. There is no sign to tell you what entrance to go in. So I looked and went in the most obvious one which got me in a mess. I don’t understand how someone lacks that much common sense. It took forever to get turned around. Then one of the employees came over to me and was rather very rude and told me I’m parked wrong. I told him you should have a sign for parking. The store itself was pretty good. They had a deli section that was real good. But they really need to put a sign coming right off of I 84.... read more
I went to stew Leonard’s because I know I can get great tasting fruit and I did the watermelon and cantaloupe was amazing and surprisingly the prices were good. I love the meat section the quality was great. I also loved the bakery section. I always buy the crumb cake there. The produce section was great too. I am alway happy going there. Even if I spend too much Lol
