Best catering I have had for a LONG time. Halibut with tropical salsa- cooked to perfection, nice sized portion. Delicious Two passengers loved…..Inc me Teriyaki chicken - same, thick breast piece cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes - exquisite. Salmon with broccolini side. Did not get report, but looked fab. Cajun prawn skewers - great Cookies - the peanut butter chocolate chip was best cookie I have had in literally years! Moist without falling apart , incredible crumb….not crumbly. I wish I had more.
