I met Stevie for the first time 4 years ago when we wanted to buy a condo for our daughter's use while she was attending graduate school at Baylor. Stevie was very knowledgeable about the area, showed me different types of property as I was unfamiliar with Waco and Texas. We ended up buying a condo with Stevie's assistance. We relocated from Carmel, Indiana to Waco August of 2012. There are many things that create stress when moving across country with two young girls, but Stevie made sure finding and buying a home was not one of them. She took time to take pictures, look at homes personally and give us honest assessments of what we were seeing online. She stuck with us and patiently addressed every concern until we found the right home. Then she helped us get the right deal. I couldn't recommend her enough.

In less than 45 minutes of Stevie putting up a coming soon sign we had a client wanting to view the house. The client made an offer, we agreed on a price and signed the contract. Through all of the offers and counter offers, title company, and inspection Stevie called me to follow up on every step. She even came to my home on Christmas Day to sign a contract. I highly would advise you to use Stevie's knowledge, and experience in the market. My sale closed in 15 days at the price I was comfortable with.
