Great Pet Store – I've been going to Steve's for 15 years. Bought pets, products. My daughter and I have interacted with the puppies, ferrets, bunnies, birds and enjoyed every last moment. We still do and my daughter is now 22. Don't buy into the negatives that are the New York Citizens against Puppy Mills. Get educated on what a puppy mill is and what these "witch hunters" are not doing - going after the USDA - the governing body for Dog breeders. Deplorable conditions – I had never been in this store before and came to purchase some treats for my 2 parakeets and 1 parrotlet. I left the store in tears for the poor birds that are in this store. They had 3 beautiful parrotlets. Each was in his/her own cage. THEIR WATER WAS FILTHY. THE FOOD THEY WERE GIVEN WAS THE SIZE FOR FULL-SIZE PARROTS - NOT FOR THE SMALLER SIZE PARROTLET. Great – We are in the store quite often and have had a hampster, leopard gecko, bird, fish and now a rat from you all...as well as lots of supplies. The staff is always very helpful! Keep up the great work!

couldn't be happier – We couldn't be more happy with our new puppy. We went in looking for a particular breed, but after talking with the staff and our needs with a cat in the house, they helped us choose a Japanese Chin which is the most friendly and playful puppy We've ever seen. She is loving and affectionate to everyone and snuggles with our cat. The staff at Steve's is professional, and I enjoy knowing I am working with a Christian Business owner that stands behind the pets he sells
