I had my toyo 30 serviced this year. Was told that it was a basic cleaning and gaskets , nothing serious . I was quoted $165 . Gave the approval . One week later , I went to pick up and told it would be $616. I questioned them because that's way more than $165 . I was told the $165 was for parts . Well, that doesn't add up , because the receipt says $516 parts . I think work orders got confused , but I can't get over the dishonesty of it all . Good Luck . Record everything if possible . Yesterday, Ann went above and beyond in helping with my stove issue. She thought it could have been an air bubble and instructed me how to fix it. When I couldn't figure it out, she allowed me to send her a picture of the filter set up. After seeing the antique filter in the picture, she advised me to start there. She voluntarily followed up when a tech ended up in my area. In that I had already bought the filter, Ann said to keep her posted.
