We had one heater moved and a new one installed. Sales & installation staff (Victor) were professional and knowledgeable. Victor immediately diagnosed & fixed a problem in our existing heater to make it burn less oil. Great experience.
I love these people! Super friendly from the door in....Even though I hardly ever go there, since my Toyostoves usually go over 15 years before needing any help. Today they were so helpful and had great information for me. Victor was my saving grace today, understanding my issue and seting me up with what I needed. All Is good!!! THANK YOU.
Victor, the technician that came out to service my Toyo, was wonderful! The office reached out to me promptly after I requested a service appointment. Victor was very professional, prompt, kind, and showed me a few things about my stove to be aware of. Very happy with Steve's Toyo!
Edit - Since the owner put in their side, I will put mine. When I called for service, I gave them my address, how far out it was, and pre-paid for the service. To go back - after the fact - and ask for more when you were given the address in the first place, is just bad business practice. Then to have your office person decide to argue with the customer rather than try to understand why they're upset, that's how you earn 1-star reviews. Rating stands as is.
