Yesterday, Ann went above and beyond in helping with my stove issue. She thought it could have been an air bubble and instructed me how to fix it. When I couldn't figure it out, she allowed me to send her a picture of the filter set up. After seeing the antique filter in the picture, she advised me to start there. We had one heater moved and a new one installed. Sales & installation staff (Victor) were professional and knowledgeable. Victor immediately diagnosed & fixed a problem in our existing heater to make it burn less oil. Great experience.
