Excellent service! Prices are much better than what I used to pay at the dealership. We have used Steve's for years now and don't take our cars anywhere else.

I started going to Steves Tire for 2 reasons: one, right here by my house. 2nd I just can't afford everyday service @ dealership for my Mini Cooper. Had some issues yesterday n they stayed OVER AN HOUR past closing time to get me safely on my way again. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. And pricing is extremely fair. I like doing business with s neighbor.

I needed tires ASAP for a last minute trip. So, I'm an idiot and used Siri to call Steve's East Memphis. The guy on the phone was awesome and says if I can get there by 4pm, they can do it no problem. Unknowingly I called midtown which I discovered at the end. Upon arrival at East Memphis, I declared somewhat arrogantly that the guy on the phone said he could get it done. The manager was awesome!
