RecommendedWent there for basic oil change and in their check of the car, they noticed a leak around the transmission. They could repair it there, but recommended I take it back to the dealer since it's still under warranty. Thank you.
My family and I have been loyal customers to Steve's Tire & Auto for many years. We have never had an issue until recently, after a visit to their shop. They broke the lever to the hood of my car, claimed they didn't break it, then proceeded to quote us $300 dollars for a repair. As a frequent customer, I would've expected better. Unfortunately, the shop is only fueled by $$. I will no longer be taking my cars to be serviced with them, and I would suggest you find a new place too.

I went to Midas twice after buying my car. no problems. I go to Steves and all of a sudden I HAVE TO PAY $800 FOR AN ENTIRE NEW OIL PAN BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THE PLUG WAS STRIPPED AND THE ONLY OPTION I HAD WAS A BUTTERFLY PLUG, BUT SAID I WAS GOOD FOR A FEW MORE CHANGES UNTIL I COULD A NEW PAN. FOUND OUT THAT THAT WAS NOT TRUE AND NOW I CANT GET AN OIL CHANGE ANYWHERE BECAUSE OF LIABILITY AND MY JOB DEPENDS ON MY CAR. THANKS GUYS VERY FUCKING MUCH DINT TAKE ADVICE FROM THESE DUDES UNLESS YOURE READY TO PAY
I had incredible service at Steve's today. I walked in because I was having an issue getting my hood open, and someone immediately assisted me, which I was not expecting. I would have gladly waited, but I ended up receiving quick, friendly help from two employees.
