I discussed my lawn needs with this guy and he agreed to come mow my lawn. He doesn't accept any form of payment except cash. When he arrived, he demanded payment up front. For a $60 job. Told him we'd give him half up front and half after he finished, but even this is not normal. He then refused to mow and left.
