Was a customer for a few years. Had contract for spring start ups, winter shut down. They're supposed to clear the grass from heads which they missed a few. I found the clumps of grass thrown in my garden which I had to clean up. Called for additional heads to be put in. They charged me for 2 workers, one of which didn't do any work whatsoever except sit on the tailgate of the truck. I called to discuss with owner who took 2 weeks to call me back. I recently required some sprinkler heads to be replaced, repaired and moved... timing was important so that the new sod that was put down wouldn't be affected. Steve personally came out to the house at the end of his day and took care of everything. I've been a customer for years and the best compliment I can give this company is to HIGHLY RECOMMEND them...
