Steve is a knowledgeable mechanic. He does good work. I used to take my vehicles to him anytime I wasn't able to do the work myself. HOWEVER, he consistently overbooks and does not finish the work in a timely manner. His assistant Nikki or Nicki told me the work was half complete but they could not finish it that day and the truck was in pieces, so I could not pick it up.
