I have been driving by Steve's for many years, and when i needed a car. I Called Steve and told him what I was looking for, and my budget.A few days later I bought a 2002 audi. I love it!! Even though my budget was not to big, Steve treated me great and with respect. I have a small problem arise and Steven and his staff took care of it right away. I am Very happy! Thanks Steve. I recommend Steve and his crew they are good!!!
I have a 2010 VW Tiguan. It's been wrenched on by many, none of which I knew. I had a badly leaking rear main seal, the VW dealer said I had multiple leaks that all needed to be corrected. I told the guys at Steve's, they found only one. I trust them and will use again. Loaner too..Good guys..
I went to Steve's due to a serious problem with my VW GTI after working with another Detroit shop and two other VW dealerships that didn't have the time. Not only did Steve's European Auto take in my car without an appointment, they gave the car the time it deserved. We had my girlfriends 2001.5 VW Passat in for repair,we knew it had many problems and even though it was at the shop for weeks,they did a great job,price was about a $1000 more than budgeted however I know this car will easily get another 150,000 miles,good customer service by jordan in keeping us updated
Steve's is my go-to shop for regular maintenance and tuning. It's a big relief for me to know that Jordan and company are around to help get to the bottom of pesky issues. The techs are solid.
Steve's people and their nationalism have always impressed me they do good work and fair pricing They are very honest
