Really wanted to like Steve’s because of all the good reviews. Brought our daughters car here for a specific reason and received a laundry list of what was wrong with it. After having the car for about 10 days and over $1400 later picked it up and engine light came on and problem was not fixed. Her car broke down luckily by a Napa Auto parts store They put it on their free diagnostic machine and told her she needed new coil packs and spark plugs. Spent under $250 and it fixed the problem.
Had taken my Audi there years ago for a rear bumper replacement and a timing belt job. Ended up keeping my Audi for MONTHS, every time I called asking about it they stated, 'it was in rotation' . I spent almost an entire summer without my car, drove by numerous times and was always in a diff spot. How long does it take to replace a worn timing belt? I went to Steve’s for a 4 where alignment for my C6 Z06 Corvette and was not disappointed. The service was great, they booked me in to a time slot so I was in and out fast! The technician was able to meet my exact specifications and gave some good feedback on caster/camber challenges. I would highly recommend Steve’s on their service, cleanliness of shop even with construction going on and their pricing was competitive for a custom alignment.
