My son took his truck here to be worked on. After 2 months of calling to check on it he finally told them he was picking it up. Every time he called he was told it would be looked at tomorrow. Had to pay over $500 and it wouldn’t even start to get it out of the shop. It died in the short distance from their shop to 1390. Same problem as when he took it in. I would definitely find someone else to take your vehicle too.
Being new to the area, I found myself in need of a diesel mechanic and Steve was recommended. In the middle of the night I'm waiting on a tow truck and called Steve, telling him a tow truck was on the way to his shop. The next day, I talked to him and he asked a few questions and got busy. Steve is the most honest mechanic I have ever met! We have 4 cars and I would trust his mechanically judgement on each and every one of them! He is an awesome mechanic, and I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a honest diagnostic, and if you choose to have it repaired there it will definitely be done right and at a fair price! Awesome Diesel mechanic that is honest and that's hard to find these days
I had Steve replace a glow plug in my 6.0 diesel. The price for the glow plug was as he quoted and the labor cost was as quoted. The truck is running good again. I have an Edge computer in my truck that runs trouble code diagnostics on the .motor every time I start it. That is how I knew what to tell him to replace. When I sent my daughter to pay for the repair there was an extra $90. Charge on the invoice.... when I asked him what it was for he said it was for a diagnostic test he ran.
