I was very disappointed when I called Steve’s office to confirm the hours on Friday. He said that he was open. However he was Not.. On the following Wednesday I approached him about this. He was not interested stating that “it isn’t a perfect world “. He was not willing to accept any responsibility for his actions. I was very disappointed as I have been a customer for over six years. His haircut rating I still rate highly his business demeanor I would not.It may not be a perfect world but why contribute to this.
