Steve, the owner, knew exactly the problem with our desktop and fixed it in a timely manner. He charged us a very affordable price. What impressed me the most was how he took his valuable time to talk with us, giving us much appreciated information regarding our computer as well as safety and security information we might need in the future. EXCELLENT customer service!!!
Steve Harris is amazing! Twice now he has been able to resurrect my beloved all-in-one Windows computer. He is so knowledgeable and walks you through everything, and doesn’t make you feel bad about being a dope. Most of all his service is excellent, and his fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Steve for any of your IT or MSP needs.
