My husband and I have taken our cars to Steve's for a few years now and they have provided quick, efficient service and built up our trust over the years. I decided to write a review now because we dropped our car off for an issue on recently and they have worked tirelessly to resolve the issue - always keeping us updated. We were surprised and grateful that because they couldn't fiind the exact problem they did not charge us labor. More than worth getting my favorite car, a 2001 BMW 530i, towed 25 miles to Steve's from Arlington, Virginia. They do great work and are experts when it comes to luxury and import cars like mine, even the 14-year old ones.
Had a state inspection done today. Had an appointment. Was in and out in 20 minutes. Staff were very friendly. And I got a goodie bag to take home. Thank you everyone.
