He installed a metal roof at Bay Village Condominium Complex in Oregon, Ohio 3 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since. Of our 16 unit complex 6 are leaking because of workmanship. We have had engineers out documenting that the metal roof was installed improperly. His insurance company agreed to pay to repair the insides of the condos caused by Stevers. We are now getting a new metal roof 3 years later from a reputable company! Buyer beware.
