I am a construction manager that has put metal roofs in on many buildings all over the country. I was looking into some of stevers work to see if I wanted to hire him to do my condos. After looking, it is very clear that he doesn’t know what he is doing. The seam work is so poor on the projects that I have seen I can’t believe the roofs aren’t leaking. Or, maybe they are leaking and the owner just don’t know yet. Would not recommend. Particularly for how much these roofs cost. Install better be perfect.

Breakfast under gray skies but with natural light in our kitchen, at last!! Stevers and his crew were kind and solved every challenge in installing 4 Velux sun tunnels for us! I would hire them again!!

He installed a metal roof at Bay Village Condominium Complex in Oregon, Ohio 3 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since. Of our 16 unit complex 6 are leaking because of workmanship. We have had engineers out documenting that the metal roof was installed improperly. His insurance company agreed to pay to repair the insides of the condos caused by Stevers. We are now getting a new metal roof 3 years later from a reputable company! Buyer beware.
