I would leave a ZERO star review if I could. This office LIES, CHEATS, AND SWINDLES, and is alleging that I owe $1500+ dollars since the dentist decided to arbitrarily change his treatment plan AFTER I agreed to one specific treatment plan - signed the papers for the treatment plan, and paid the $840 for the treatment plan out of pocket cost. Well, the dentist decided to CHANGE the treatment plan without receiving CONSENT from me!!! Didn't communicate to me that he was doing something totally different until AFTER the work w... read more
I was able to be seen for an emergency the same day.
I had alot of pain and needed a more complicated procedure. The staff was very caring. Dr Weintraub was very competent and communicated honestly with me.
It was my son's first timenat the dentist, and thanks to Stevenson Smiles, he had no issues whatsoever. Thank you!
I was so surprised how fast the cleaning went this time. I much prefer the room with the aquatic scene versus the safari scene. It is more calming for me. Thanks for allowing me to be an active participant in my care.
I had two cavities worked on yesterday. Dr. Joel did a great job, but the assistant hygienist was a 1 out of 10. Didn't use Vaseline on my lips for a 25 minute procedure that led to two cuts on my bottom lip. Smacking a metal tool on the bottom of my two top front teeth at least three times. Doing a little bit too much talking as well, asking me questions while the doctor is literally drilling inside my mouth.
