Having the doctor (not an office member or assistant) call to check on the patient is almost unheard of!!!! Thank you!!!!
They was nice, but gave me the basic run around like all the other places. Have no clue what to do to fix my situation. Also told me they would give me a free 3d image and tried to not give it to me for free. Sorry to say, im not very pleased.
Dr. Surber is wonderful! I went to him for a second opinion on a wisdom tooth extraction that seemed to be having dry socket symptoms for far too long. (The extraction was done by another oral surgery group) He not only saw that it wasn't dry socket, but that I had Osteomyleitis of the mandible, got me into see a specialist and on the road to recovery. The whole staff is very pleasant and sympathetic. Thank you again Dr. Surber, for all you do!
Everyone was absolutely amazing. From Cheryl's funny stories, to Dana's compassion and TLC and Dr. Fairchild's amazing ability to calm my nerves and his phone call that evening to see how I was doing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for someone who has very high dental anxiety!!! Sure glad it's over, though.
Dr Fairchild has always been professional and real with me. Great work!!! My first visit was 20 yrs ago and I recently had a another procedure and I don't have a single complaint.
