This was my first visit and due to change in insurance with my job I was assigned a PCP here. I have been sick since Friday and nothing OTC was working so before walking in I called to let them know I was a new patient and asked if I could walk in and I was told yes. I arrive and the woman at the front asked me to complete the first 4 pages of paperwork (which is common) I complete it and hand it in. Horrible with appointments. The phone wait is ridiculous and good luck if you get someone on the line after 40 minutes. However once inside the nurse and doctor were amazing!
The staff are really courteous and friendly!!
I love this place! They're very friendly and organized. I always get the care I need without having to spend the entire day here. They also have great hours!
I have been with them since the office was in parkchester they are excellent. It's clean, the staff is awesome caring from the doctor's to the nurse's. It's not good to be sick but if you are they truly take care of you.
