I do not recommend Declan Midwood as a family lawyer or Joan Coatie as "View the child Reporter". My file took 4 years and cost me over $***,***.00. This file started when my child was 9. Mr Midwood showed no urgency to close file before child turned 12. This firm recommended Joan Coatie for "View the child Report". Ms Coaties introduction to my child was to inform her that any she says "will be reported to your parents". Went to Mr. Kitzke to get signatures certified and the document certified with apostille for use abroad. Mr. Kitzke, however, as a notary did not know what an apostille is... Mr. Kitzke did not express any interest in understanding what it is and what it is needed for... Needless to say, Mr. Kitzke did not send my documents to Global Affairs Canada on my behalf like other notaries do... Worsted decision I ever made was to go with them I ended up with nothing made me pay for ALL MEDICAL needs due to accident also for paper and phone calls when they they told me in the beginning 30percent of settlement by the time I got money it was 3000.00 dollars and the settlement was 45000.00. Lost everything
