Stevenson Acura's Service Department really impressed me with their excellent customer service and friendliness and with the accurate time estimate for the service.
The entire staff from Kenny Beavers and Ryan Gause were so very accommodating and listened to our needs and were able to go above and beyond meeting all of our needs. I will not go anywhere else going forward and will recommend everyone to them!

Pleasant experience at #StevensonAcuraofWilmington this morning for recall issues (airbags and key shift lock). Friendly customer service, friendly banter from employees, good coffee, and fast service. I was impressed for a dealership. Brandon was great, as was Nick. And that adorable man who made everyone feel at home whilst waiting. 'Up to 2 hours' was 1 hr 5 min. Thanks, y'all!!!

The day before we were leaving beautiful Wilmington to head home to Sterling VA., I noticed a severe noise in my front right tire area. We called Stevenson that evening, and they said bring it in first thing in the morning. They took the car in immediately and a short while later came out to tell us 3 lug nuts were missing from my tire! I had new tires installed 1 week before (not by Acura).
