Took in a sled with a check engine light on to be diagnosed. Told us a sensor needed to be changed, bought the nonrefundable $200 part to find out it was the wrong sensor. Called them to see if there was anything they could do about the refund and ask why they didn't check which sensor was bad. They said no refunds and told me "because you didn't ask which sensor". On top of that poor customer service from the front desk woman in the service department. Do not plan to bring my services here anymore.
Great service even after the sale! Bought 2 Yamaha generator's.
Guy at the parts counter tried selling me parts I didn't need. Tried telling me I needed a new float, that my needle & seat was junk. Said he took it back to test it & it failed the test. Yet I took it to someone who knew what they were talking about & he showed me it wasn't junk. They tried taking advantage of me by charging me for shit I didn't need & lied to me. I will NEVER go back to this place ever, terrible service.
