Took my 2016 ski doo renagade in for cooling problem went to pick it up and they dident even fill the COOLENT up and they messed up my reverse n my lights dont work and my heated helmet shield dosent work eaither charged me 400.00 dollars that place is so fucked up !!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FUCKING ASS HOLES !!!! YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER!!!!

I called on Tuesday for pricing on Sea Doo Gti se 155 was told the salesman were busy selling sleds which I got! Left contact Info and never heard a word back! As a boater on the Bay I was wanting to do business with you! I called 2 other stores and only heard back from The dealer that I bought from today.. and the funny thing was it bought by another dealer from you!
i will never step foot in this place ,, i called last spring for a price on a new sled , i priced one out somewhere else , and told them if they could come close i would purchase there,,never got a call back, so i purchased at a different dealer at a 1000 dollars cheaper, so the new sled has a recall called there service department on the recall (2 bolts) said they could take care of it rite away if i purchased there, if not 2 and half weeks out ,,wtf ,,i know if i took it to indian river they would do it rite away regardles... read more
Great customer service from browsing the showroom trying to figure out what machine will work best for your needs to making the purchase. The Stevens' team made sure my husband and I knew how to operate our ORV, adjusted the seat, put the ORV stickers on and helped us tie it down making sure nothing was overlooked before driving home.
they take forever to get a part shipped in asked for a clutch perch 2 weeks ago and everthing is over priced just go to riders in saginaw the extra gas money spent is well worth the better service
