Customer satisfaction and great friendly service for all outdoor fun.
Stopped by Friday to get a in-line fuel filter for a mini quad, told them the fuel line O.D dimensions and I get “I need yr, make and model or I can’t look up the filter” This is an aftermarket race mini but no difference in fuel lines like the name brand mini’s. Needless to say, I was told, “I can’t help you without a yr, make and model again! This is happening more and more everytime I need a basic part. Customer Service is outstanding, parts department outstanding, service is outstanding. love this place!
After a month and a half. I finally called on my quad. I took it in to get breaks and exhaust fixed. The service center said it was all fixed and working nice. Long story short! It was doing the same thing i took it in for. Back breaks didn't work. Front breaks still sticking. Then they proceed to tell me it needs pads. REALLY! I i just gave them $430.00.
