Worst customer service I have ever had! I would not recommend and will never go back. Avoiding calls is not a way to treat customer's. A service that should have taken a day turned in to me having to physically go in to find out what was up. Took my bike in the last week of June, They stated 4-6 weeks and 12+ weeks later I had to go get my bike. Steven's does not stand behind their service... they incorrectly installed a tire by re-using a sealing strip on a spoked tire (big no-no). I asked them to install a tube (I even had them order one for this job...) they did NOT install the new tube, and this caused a massive tire failure when the old sealing strip split while I was on the highway... they would not reimburse me for the cost even though it was their incorrect service which caused the failure. when quoting a person give them a full quote not half, telling me it's $50 for a tire mounted and balanced then there are several tack on's it ends up being $100. Their tire person doesn't show up for work and no one calls to tell you its going to be another day. I wanted to keep it local keep help keep a business going. Looks like I will go back to US27 where I know thing will be done for the price I was quoted

Thank you for the review, I am curious where you got the $100 from as below is the price you were quoted when you dropped the tire off. This does not however, also reflect the fact that you were unhappy with the $50 quote you got from us and said you were going to Mt. Pleasant to have it done for $35 and then brought it back to me because when you got there the price changed to $60, perhaps you have my business and the other business mixed up for bait and switch tactics. Stevens has a very dependable bunch of guys that know their business goes i just bought a 2020 Polarus General xp 1000 off of Travis and one of better decisions that i have made Travis made me ccomfortable with my choice of buggy that is more or less a good desicion on my part i look forward to many years of service with the Stevens family no mattter what toy i want thankk you aall.
If their salesmen ever quit talking to their buddies, they might be able to sell something. I walked around the store for easily 15 minutes before anyone even approached me. I’m thinking about upgrading my quad but I’ll shop elsewhere.
Called today for an appointment for service, was told 6-8 weeks out on service appointments. Called Spicers and they can get are unit in tomorrow and have us back on the trail in 1-2 days!!
My husband and I have bought two ATVs. One from Stevens in Midland and the other from Bay City. We recommend Bay City. The atmosphere in the city was more friendly more helpful and a better experience all the way around. Midlands atmosphere felt more pushed and when it gets here they get to you.
