Had a zone valve stuck open and got an astronomical estimate from STROGENS. Called Stevens Mechanics and Lee came right out and fixed it for way less than STROGENS estimate. Looks like we have a new company to maintain our heat sources.
First, I want to say we are not related. Lee was extremely responsive. He was coming off a week of sickness and still offered to come that night but I explained we could wait until the next day. He was there right on time, fixed the problem after a lengthy trouble-shooting session and was very reasonable in terms of price. He will be who I call the next time we need work done.
