If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT use this company - he took off with my tenant's security deposit and has not been heard from since. Completely horrible.
We tried Stevens Management for a few months to manage a few of our properties. They were absolutely terrible. The one time the owner Brandon did a service call we were charged over 200% more than a job of that size. After our last payment of $4000 dollars he went totally radio silent. We feel like we were scammed out of our money.
We lived in a Stevens Management property for 2 years, and were overall pleased with the experience. The tenant portal functioned fine, paying rent was always easy as well as requesting a maintenance fix. Brandon responded within 48 hours to maintenance requests and they were always resolved in a timely fashion. Overall, I cannot think of anything negative in regards to Stevens Management or living at the property.
