Horrible doctor! I was a new patient, and arrived 18 mins before my appt time, the receptionist says I should’ve been there 30 mins before to fill out paperwork. I said I did it online when you guys sent me the million reminders in text and email to check in early. “Oh it doesn’t transfer over” is what she says. She hands me a large packet and says if I am not done with my paperwork by my appt time then she doesn’t know if Dr Steven’s will see me. I finish in 14 mins and she hands that giant packet to the person in the back.... read more
I had a visit in January for a yearly physical with Dr. Stevens. After the nurse took my vitals, I sat in the room for 30 minutes while the doctor and staff were laughing with another patient in the hallway. At the end of my 30 minute wait, I got dressed and left. I have not received a phone call or letter wondering why I left. I do not recommend going to this doctor or this facility.
Very happy with Dr Stevens, she listened , and worked with me. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. I don't understand the bad reviews. If your looking for a new Dr. I would recommend Dr Stevens. I had a very short wait time, which makes me think this office doesn't not over book .
Worst doctor I have ever been to. She does not care about her patients and just wants you out of her office. Incredibly rude and I will absolutely be looking for a new doctor.
