The first visit was horrible. She never even looked up from her computer. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and go a second time.. MISTAKE!! Again No eye contact. I have COPD. The appointment was for a cold. could literally hear myself wheezing. Her assistant came in to take my vitals.
