Tanner treated me really well. I needed two bathroom fans installed. Tanner hooked me up with two very nice guys that came and installed them today. They were kind to me and my two dogs. They were very respectful of my home and brought sheets to cover the areas they were working in. I had a quote from another company that was $1100.00 more for the same job. My mom also used them to work on her furnace, she recommended them to me.
Recently bought a new home and it had some systems we were less familiar with, and that clearly hadn’t been serviced for a while (HRV, UV purification system for HVAC, etc.). Tanner came out and helped walk us through all of systems, in addition to the regular cleaning/repair of hvac, humidifer, and AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful on all fronts. 10/10 recommend this company!
The service and knowledge we received from Dean was top notch! I appreciated him explaining everything he did to service our furnace and future tips to keep it efficient and running. He was professional but was able to take my jokes and be laid back. He took his time and was not rushed at all. Another company said we needed a new furnace and that was not the case. We will continue to use this company when the need arises (hopefully not for awhile) Way to be an honest company!! Thank you!
I am so happy I listened to the recommendations on Facebook for Stevens Heating. Dean was able to come out same day and repair my furnace. He even gave me some general maintenance tips. I thought I might be at risk of having to replace my furnace soon (per the advice of some other companies in town) but Dean fixed it. These guys will be my go-to from now on. Thank you!!!
Great experience! Another company was steering me to replace my AC, but Steven’s Heating had it working like new in less than 48 hours. I am a first time homeowner and Dean took the time to explain everything very thoroughly! Would recommend!
