Very hard to get a hold of the service manager. Didn't seem too interested in actually helping.
Excellent service , staff is helpful and friendly . Service manager Sal is very helpful and knowledgable. Overall great exprience
called during alleged business hours, rang 24 times before I disconnected. Gonna assume Google has the hours wrong, which has happened elsewhere, but since someone seems to be watching their Places account if nothing else -- might want to fix that, it's annoying. I could get over you not being open -- 5pm on a sunday is, yes, optimistic, -- but you're watching this account and this account says you are open, grumble. Google won't let me post without giving a rating. I have not done business with the company, Only tried to.

Drove for 8hrs there and back just trying to buy a car from this place and the msrp was $40,660 and we talked on the phone before we went down there and we got there and did all the paperwork and then at the last second, I ask the guy again (how much are you selling the car for?) He said $50,660 and they way he was talking to us, NOT GOOD, we argued for quite a while! So we had enough and just left! So tell me Stevens Creek Mitsubishi/Subaru, is this how you so business?
