Satisfied Since this was a relatively new dealership, there were some personnel issues, ie not enough staff, things could have gone a little smoother, but overall satisified.
Prompt diagnosis The service department discovered a problem while doing regular maintenance that was covered by the warranty. They brought it to my attention before it became a real problem. The car drives much better now.
Will return Doug is exceptional. He listened to our requirements for a new car, and made a perfect match for me with the CX-5. He even got the color I wanted! I was given several options, as I was attending an out of state conference. I truly appreciate the superior service that my husband and I received. Your dealership has a tremendous asset in Doug! Informative service department The dealership kept me informed on the status of my repairs. Parts were ordered quick and service was done same day. The employees were very friendly. They were accomodating if I required alternate transportation.
Polite and Professional People on the phone were polite and professional. The information was available from my phone call when the appointment was made. I did not have to repeat anything. They performed the service in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. Treated me as a valued customer.
Very Happy Went in for oil change and service rep mentioned tire rotation and amount and time it would take...he also explained why the tire pressure light comes on and found a screw in tire....plug put in tire...plus my mazda gold reward card was updated and the money put on my bill....very happy
