Wife and I came in and was provided exceptional service from Rose. Process was swift and smooth which anyone can appreciate. We got exactly what we wanted and a price we were happy with. Couldn't recommend enough.
Update: reducing from 4 stars to 2 stars. No complaints about while I was there (except as noted below), but in the almost 2 months I've gotten no actual answers about this complimentary NACS adapter that is supposed to be coming to me. I have gotten marketing emails reminding me that I'm eligible for this adapter, but nobody calls or emails back when I reach out asking when it is coming.
