I had a great experience leasing an EV9. Although their quote wasn't the most competitive, they had a strong inventory, and our salesperson, Sam Monzavian, was a pleasure to work with. He was direct, communicated clearly, and kept the process moving efficiently. I would highly recommend him.

I bought my Kia because the car is great. The service department coming here from my old Subaru is really sub-par. To get to the service department is a different turn in, with no signs on the street or way to know. And a hassle if you miss the turn. The building itself looks like a sad afterthought. Again, coming from a Subaru where they had a coffee shop and work stations while you wait, it was very disappointing.
