This dealership is joke, more specifically their service department. My vehicle should have taken about a week to fix, took them over 30 days to fix, and under warranty. They are not transparent. There was an extreme lack of communication. If there was any communication it was poor. They do not return phone calls, management does not return phone calls when you are trying to discuss issues and concerns. I went to look it vehicles, as I had bought my 2019 through Stevens Creek. At that time they were great. Destiny was great in walking me through and being very honest and forthcoming. I expressed my budget and inevitably she said they couldn't meet my budget. I expected that's what would happen, however I just wanted to see what the answer could be. They started off ok last year when I purchased an 80k + truck.They tried to hit me with an added 10k cost when purchased, they dropped after I told them to sell it. Then I experienced the service **** which started off good, then as of recent its gone to h*** and the general manager ************ is about as useless as t*** on a bull, as in the worst GM youll ever experience. Hes truly a piece, uncommunicative, inept I would never buy from here again or buy ***** for that matter

This review is related to the service center. I have a quote for a repair that is not covered under warranty and that is twice the cost of competitors. Fine its a dealership its going to cost more.The part that bugs me is the person who wrote the quote tried to scare me into thinking that going with another company would void the vehicle warranty. I notice that the dealership is not doing so hot with reviews regarding sales. In my opinion they should clean up those issues. This review is about service and repair.This is about the service and repairs I received on a **** Silverado truck with < ****** miles.They put up with me after numerous smog check monitors were not being recognized.Every repair was needed and eventually a coolant flush and new water pump made the computer monitors recognizable. If I can leave a 0/5 in this, I would. Never got response from service department and even the owner wasn't responsive. I'm shocked. I've had good experience since I bought my pickup up until this issue. Now it's gonna take me to go there in person just to resolve the issue. Wow, just wow.

Service department doesn't do the work they say they are going to. My issue persisted after I left, and upon taking my vehicle to another dealership, found that they had never performed the work they said they did. Dangerous and dishonest. Also took the vehicle being detailed 3 times for the interior to be to the level they had promised.
