The salesman was rude and he clearly didn't know how to treat customers. He tried to convince us to buy the only SUV close to our requirements. After spending 5 min trashing the neighbouring dealers, he noticed his strategy wasn't having the expected impact on us so he turned around abruptly in the middle of the conversation and said rudely "good night, sir". I doubt he'd sell many cars with that attitude.
