Had an amazing experience with Mark and AJ. Mark gave us space to look around the vehicle and wasn't pushy during the process. Even held a remote key while we swung back around when we forgot in the car we traded in! He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful, and was a great guy to work with. AJ was a funny guy and easy, remembering us with a kind smile. 10/10 would come here again!!

It was surprisingly hard to buy a car here. I came on a Saturday and requested a test drive. They said they were too busy unless I was going to buy same day, to which I looked at them quizzically and said "I want to drive the car first to see if I even like it. . ." I recently had a service appointment at Stevens Creek Kia at 3566 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95117. The reason for the appointment was a creaky driver's seat. The service advisor confirmed, when I asked, that the driver's seat was not inspected. The service advisor confirmed that my vehicle was test driven by more than one person.
