We had a septic issue and had Stevens Construction and Excavating referred to us by our septic service company, Sloan's. I am very grateful for that referral because Stevens was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We have an older home and it has been added on to a couple of times so it's kind of a Frankenhouse. I was dealing with a serious & bothersome issue at my home. I called Stevens Construction in Williamston, MI & spoke to the owner Mark. He was extremely helpful in trying to analyze my property needs & promptly sent out 2 very nice men from his company. The inspection was timely, thorough & very helpful. I would highly recommend Stevens Construction. They seem very knowledgeable in their field & really want to help solve &/or fulfill the customer's needs. Thanks guys! Terry
My mother passed away in June of 2019 and having to go through her personal belongings I came across a receipt from this company dated 11/18/16. This company charged her (72 year old woman) $1,185 to come out and replace her sump pump. They came out and set the new Liberty pump directly in the crawl space dirt, hooked up the drain hose and plugged it in for $1,185.
