This guy wants a 30-day guarantee for his pets?? Whatever. I've had Steven's ChemDry in my apartment twice now (first time was Groupon), and they totally rock. They were real clear that they "might not" be able to get rid of existing stains, but they sure did. Carpet looks better than when I moved in. I LOVE these guys. Just be careful: specials and advertised prices are for basic service only; if you want add-ons (deep cleaning, deordorizing, scotchguard) you will pay extra, as is to be expected. Mr. We had our carpet (4 bedrooms and stairs) cleaned by Steven's Chem-Dry and were extremely satisfied. Marco and his assistant were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend Steven's Chem-Dry.
