It was my first time visiting Dr. Yoo’s office and everyone was helpful and friendly. The doctor was very nice and was even able to help me get some temporary frames for my glasses that broke while I waited for my new ones.
Dr. Yoo is awesome! Had my eye and contacts exam with him today. Have been to many optometrists over the years and he has great tips for taking care of your eyes. Feel well-taken cared of, and he has great bedside manner. Jennifer at the front desk is also very kind and helpful.
They charged me $20 copay for contact lenses ($10) and medical exam ($10). I called a few months later when thinking about this, but they stated each portion was $10. When looking at my payment history bill from my vision insurance, the collective copay was $10 for everything. I liked the experience and thoroughness of the doctor, but front desk behavior of ripping off copay is not acceptable. Be careful
I can trust them because everyone is kind, and especially they care about the optometry test.
