Dr. Ward is an excellent physician. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Ward and his staff are wonderful- very patient oriented. They promptly answer questions posted to the patient portal. I had a reverse shoulder replacement and couldn’t be happier with the results. The alternatives were first discussed and Dr. Ward explained his preference for the replacement versus a rotator cuff repair. Scheduling was easy and flexible as my situation changed a few times. He stopped all my anxiety because he explained the MRI results and showed me exactly where my injury was so I understood. He didn’t rush me or pressure me into a procedure. He gave me the information so I could make my own decision. I highly recommend Dr. Ward.
