Dr Rittenberg is great as long as you agree with him. If you don’t agree with his diagnosis, good luck! If you’re young and see him for colds and flu, you’re in good hands! He’s not great with communication.
Saw Dr. Rittenberg once after being switched onto Kaiser by my employer. He was short, not thorough, and honestly rude. He increased a daily medication without listening to my medical history. To make matters worse, I ended up switching off Kaiser after my marriage. I still have multiple refills left on two VERY needed medications and he denied the transfer of prescription to my new pharmacy. Highly unprofessional.
Finally! I found a great family dr. Live him to bits. Kind informative and is in touch with his bed side manner. Extremely thorough. Makes you at ease and has helped me immensely.
Had an appointment for knee issues. Dr. Rittenberg was polite, kind and efficient. Good listening skills, I did not feel rushed. Gave me specific answers.
