I don't know if he's afraid he hurt me; all I know is that he made some adjustments on my body (May '22), and started blowing me off after I wound up in the hospital shortly thereafter. He won't reply to my emails; he says he'll call me back and never does; and now he is refusing to release my complete medical record.
