Steven was the best... friend, father, podiatrist. everything.. and that stupid woman Angelique Fratanduono who gave him a bad review a year ago should know he died, HE DIED, Sept 2019 so she is reviewing the wrong person, probably that Nigerian nightmare that took over Dr Forman's practice.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PODIATRIST. HE IS VERY NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MY DR AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY BOTH SAID THAT I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL AT THIS TIME WITH MY INSURANCE AND THIS PODIATRIST WAS VERY IGNORANT AND WAS TALKING ABOUT HIM GETTING PAID AND WHEN I ASKED HIM TO CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY HIM SELF, HE GOT ANGRY SO I TOLD HIM I WILL GO TO ANOTHER PODIATRIST.
Dr Forman has been the best doctor I have been to for ingrown tonails I have gone to On there ones in the past put Dr Forman has been great we talk about anything that that has been going on in my life
