My experience at this place was beyond my wildest dreams! The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during the process. I had put off orthodontic treatment to fix my misaligned jaw and bite for over a decade. Huge thanks to Dr Black for reassuring me that the outcomes of braces and surgery would be ideal. Dr Black and the clinical team were excellent in educating and encouraging me while carrying out an effective treatment plan in partnership with the oral surgeon - I’m finally done with the treatment and find my smile, my bite and my overall oral health to be greatly improved! If I could pick 0 stars I would. I have always had an excellent time at dr.blacks office with phenomenal staff, but returning a few years later to get my back wire glued I was told by my assistant Malerie it would be free of cost. I left the building thinking what a great experience! That’s when Cristina chased me out to my car and told me I need to pay $100. Confused, but still a trusting customer at this point I handed her it in cash. She wouldn’t accept cash. She asked to try my debit and credit card and made snobby remar... read more
