Forclosures can be messy, especially when it's an auction too. Red Beard did a great job navigating the cluster of tight timelines and rules and gave great advice like closing with a local company. I'm sure we'll be buying again when this one is finished.�

Huge help, responsive, the sellers agent said that his paperwork was some of the most complete and accurate she has seen. Was a huge plus when it came to the Seller taking our offer. Went through houses thoroughly and made sure we noticed many of the smaller but important pieces.
Steve went out of his way showing and researching homes for me, was always on time and was all around great to work with. I will not hesitate to call Steve in the future for my home buying/selling needs.
